Well what can I say.....hmmmm.. the food was great, large servings but the price was shit. Nothing special just a good place to eat lotsa meat. Lol

HSC finished and I am back!
Hey folks, its been a month since blogging just finished HSC a week ago with Biology. The stress is out but I am soooo bored.....ironic much I waited for this day but I am not that exicited lol.
Anyways during this month I still took pictures of what I consumed =), so during my HSC studying days I binged alot on deserts and Jap food:
A special Yukumi Daifuku strawberry flavoured xD

Glutinous rice pastry wrapped around strawberry ice cream, with straw berry jam filling! Just loved it! I got it in Market City IGA Thai Kee. Two per pack from the same company as my last yukumi daifuku review. =) So if you're a strawberry fan like me, then you must try this one! xD
Stay tuned got a billion more photos of the places I've went to eat at!

Double Ice-cream
Hihi not feeling well this morning so didn't go to school. Hmmm haven't had the wacky experience lately so not much to say but yesterday my Mum made me a cool desert and here it is:

Not bad is it? Sara Lee vanilla ice-cream with sliced strawberries and bananas
Random closeup
Sara Lee French vanilla ice-cream is a must try, its a very unique and creamy vanilla ice-cream, this one I think is a bit cheaper than the Japanese ice-cream I normally eat as you can get it in any regular supermarket in a tub. Heres what it looks like:

On Sunday I went to Japanese bbq but once again I remembered to take a picture after i finished =.=.......sorry next time but I'll introduce you to some ppl:
Camera shy Nick, and Magic the gathering expert Jacky
My brother, Bobby munching away his food ....... "Grrrrr" .....my food......
My iPhone case has finally arrived which is a part of the free iPhone 4 case program.
Cris-Cross pattern on fabric
Front view
This is a case by Speck, I personally think it looks good but I have to agree with my Dad on the fact its a bit bulky all the way........>.> I waited 6 weeks for this to arrive arghhhghhh!...But overall it seems like a sturdy and fashionable case.
O! Wait one more! xD:
Red Bean Ice-cream at the Japanese resturant
Ironically I can't say much about this one because out of the three(green-tea, sesame and red bean) I don't really like but everyone who I know and has eaten this has praised it as if its god, like my Mum...lol. Real red beans inside and a warm scent of red bean does that even work? ughhh crappy expression. Anyways laters studying time!

My net is back!
Hey guys my internet is back up and I am ready to blog again in full speed! So i'll show you guys what I've been up to lately again.
Sooo this week i think on monday I stopped by at a cafe on the way to Redfern station gotta BLT sandwich and a nudie. The sandwich was good but the nudie was a no-no, dark sea-ocean green color.....

lotsa green stuff mixed together it tastes
like mixed fruit with a dash of bitterness from tea =.=
Do not get it unless you're vitamin freak or have a weird choice for food @_@
Ok so today I had a free period or so-called "study period" lol went over to subway and they had a new flavour chicken schnitzel! yay! xD
Front: My buddy Shrek aka Sreekara with the sub
Back: Ben Ng eating his free six-incher
Close up double lettuce, tomato, onions and carrot
Hmmmmm.....drools.....
The texture of the chicken was good, alittle bit plain though but with the right sauce it was a winner. 3 out of 3 of us thought the chicken was like fish lol. I still recommend it though its going for $6.95 6inch and $9.95 foot long.
Yakisoba bread I sneaked into my maths tutoring lesson well i ended up eating it right infront of the teacher so its not really a sneak =P
Japanese Fried noodle with red pickled ginger and a explosion of mayo in the centre
Alrighty its getting uber late now i should sleep >.> sighs
until next time Bye Bye =)

Internet tethering by iPhone
Temporary internet shared from iPhone till internet comes back stupid iiNet ppl..... sighs...Anyways an update on what I've been up to lately:
Friday, I went to a fancy-ish Italian restaurant called "Made in Italy" in Prymont:
Ice-coffee and ancient red fiat i think
the rest of the restaurant photos are on my dad's phone upload them soon enough
Lets jump to Saturday, had a lonely dinner in Atarmon =( someone come with me once a while ;p. So I had Japanese food at my favourite J-BBQ restaurant "Wakana" and got Curry rice, Cream Croquette and of course green tea ice-cream xD.
Unfortunately I was so hungry only thought of taking photos of empty dishes......
These guys make the best green tea ice-cream =) usually
I have 3 of them when ever for a BBQ I go but only one if its just regular food
Nah cbb describing the taste its just sooooo goooood.....nah jks ill will try to explain the experience umm it has the acutally has some sort of tea flavour unlike those artificially flavoured ice-creams found in the supermarket. Its sweetness is right in the middle like I don't think anyone would be disturbed by its level of sweetness. You just gotta try it! Ill give u a map its just right next to the station:
And one more thing if you guys like my posts and want to see more please if you don't mind click the share button on the right hand side if you have a facebook account. Thanks xD

Waffle Ice-cream
Sorry Josh for the wait! Anyways too busy doing something else this week so this is the only time I am able to write another review. Today we have Morinaga's Waffle style ice-cream.
Here it isss....!
nutrition blah blah....
The Grand Prize! cool isn't it?
Side view....mmhmmhm chocolate.....
Cross-section
Of course the glorious taste test!
So we have the waffle style ice-cream, vanilla ice-cream with a chocolate centre and shell. The waffle pastry is soft but tends to get out of place after a bite. This one is pretty big like around 17-20cm and pretty thick as you can see in the photos. This one is around $4 which is alright for an ice-cream this big. I like it how its soft and then crunchy in the centre really makes it feel unique compared to regular deserts. Getting sleepy I'll do another review soon enough....cheerios!

e-ma grape flavour~
As promised that I would review the candy E-ma grape flavour:
A candy that when bitten feels like a powdery substance. Grape flavoured that is slightly sour, I tend to suck on these for awhile instead of biting them. Comes in a cool small round plastic case where only one ball can come out at a time. Hmmm nothing much to say about this one its just something fun to eat or suck on when your bored....lolz.....
My iPhone rant...inspired by my dad lol
Well today I am gona express my views about the iPhone 4 and no I am not some douche that disses Apple nor an Apple fanboy just a regular proud iPhone user :] So mainly I am going to talk about the lame ass reception problem that nearly everyone in the universe has heard about. Yep it's true I use the iPhone 4 and covering the little black line on the left hand side bottom corner does in fact stuff up your reception and in Chatswood where I live the reception is so crap for Optus and Virgin users the phone just says searching for network.....sighs not a great use of $$$$.... hmmm so Apple thinks they can just fix the issue now with a simple case giveaway that takes 6+ weeks to arrive T.T logically that mean I need to either deal with bad reception or hold my phone like a retarded mutant for 6 weeks. I believe cases should be offered on the spot, I mean come on apple you can afford to lose $30 per phone after making like 500 off us. It's also sad because some people like me buy the iphone because of it's aesthetics but end up having to use something to cover it. Ahhh apple are you guys gona leave it like this? I am not going to refund the iPhone 4 I love the way it looks but the reception issue is just annoying.... And this post is done in my local library on my iPhone. Enough of ranting and more studying.......more reviews tonite laterz!

Yukumi Daifuku!
After a big dinner and told not to eat ice-cream, i still ate it Lolz.....looks like I wont be doing the E-ma tonite...will do it tommrow but anyways:
Today's treat is Yukumi Daifuku a popular Japanese desert with rice cake flour covering ice-cream. The one that I got is vanilla flavour it also comes in red bean, green tea, and others. Its made by Lotte, a Japanese Korean confectionery company.

Simple cute packaging.....you can't really see it though since theres a massive nutrition sticker on it >.<
Anyways lets open the package: 2 pieces of ice-cream and 1 green fork-like thingyma-bob! xD
What it looks like taken out
Taste Test!
Hmmm munch munch munch.......*swallow*......ahhh verrry soft rice flour coating suits the vanilla ice-cream. The rice flour is tasteless and chewy but is compensated by the sweetness within the ice-cream. One would say this is not worth $4 for just vanilla ice-cream but the outer coating is an unique experience! I got it from the same Atarmon place where I got the greentea popsicle but this one is more "well known" I suppose where major Asian import grocers will stock them like the IGA in Chinatown Market City have these. Anyways getting late here. C u nxt time!
Another pic:
Looks like it won some sort of award
Sighs nothing new in particular to eat today....anyways!
Just thought I might post something random for the time being since I haven't encountered any wacky edible products yet in these few days. But I'll upload pics of where I live below.
These are taken from my balcony I think towards west since its sunset. Just got my camera out since it was a nice deep blue colour lurking in the skies. Hmmm nothing much to type today should be reviewing e-ma candy tomorrow so stay tuned! Laterz.....

1st Green Tea Ice-cream review!
Finished my pasta dinner. Yep my dinners are pretty late.
Hmm this is kinda embarrassing since I can't even type out its brand name but for all the cool Chinese people that can read Kanji (basically chinese characters used in japanese context) it looks like this:
So its green tea paddle pop......ok next image
Greeeeennn @_@ kinda felt ewwww as I peeled it open probably because I kept it in my fridge for a while, alright time for the taste test!
A watery green tea taste on the outershell, its texture is like frozen ice. Then there is a surprising soft creamy green tea centre. The overall taste sweet but they haven't over done it. I would suggest this one on a hot summer's day, genuine green tea flavour on the outside really blends nicely in with the smooth centre. I get my supply from a Japanese groceries store "Anegawa" which is right below Atarmon station where all the other Japanese stores live. Also it doesn't have a funny aftertaste like you don't have to run to get a glass of water to wash down its sweetness but I don't know, everyone is different. This one goes for around $4.50 which is quite expensive for ice-cream when compared to typical Aussie products such as Paddle Pop, Peters ice-cream, etc but bare in mind this is an imported product, Made in Japan. If you are not close to Atarmon you could try the Asian groceries store in World Square they also have a large range of imported goods but not sure if they have this particular one. Anyways this is my first official ice-cream post hope you guys liked it! Love to say more but getting late and this ain't good for my HSC lol.
